This I.T is about data and backing up your work. The requirement for this term was to write a letter as though we were working in a company and we had to tell the customers about the importance of backing your work and the different materials that you can back your work on. It took me a day to complete this assignment and it was a single project, so no one else had any input.
This work is something that I am proud of and it is something that I got a high grade for, because I got 5 out of 6. It is something developmental that helped me reach a new level in the subject because without it I would have gotten 0 in one of the criterions. So, I have chosen this piece of work for my portfolio because it was one of the first things that I remembered we did in I.T.
Doing this work has improved me as a learner in the MYP program, because I got more used to the criterions and the grading system. Therefore I got better in the IB learner profile- I am a better thinker, risk taker and communicator. It also helped me organize my time and work efficiently. It demonstrated that I am capable of writing letters, so now I am more confident in my work. With the new skills and knowledge that I gained from this work, I will use it everywhere in each subject, so that I can achieve that highest possible mark. This is moving me across that path of life because now I know to read assignments before then to use it to achieve good marks.
